By placing an order, browsing our site, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability and final confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of out‑of‑stock items, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

Should we cancel your order after payment is processed, a full refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Unless otherwise specified, listed prices exclude import duties, customs charges and local sales taxes.

You are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees levied by your destination country.

Full payment must be received before your order enters processing and shipment.

3. Product Information & Handmade Disclaimer

Our squishy toys are handmade and hand‑finished. Given their artisanal nature:
  • Minor discrepancies in color, shape, texture, firmness and size are normal and do not count as manufacturing defects. Every item is one‑of‑a‑kind.
  • Minor surface blemishes, air bubbles and faint seam lines may occur, which are inherent features of handmade silicone products.
  • Product photos serve as visual reference only. Actual item colors may slightly differ due to varying screen display settings.

4. Product Safety & Use Guidelines

Important Safety Warnings

Not edible. These items are not food. Never place them in your mouth, chew or swallow them — choking hazard exists.

Keep away from children under 3 years of age. Adult supervision is required whenever children of any age use the toys.

Do not tear, puncture, cut, or over‑stretch the product. Damage caused by misuse voids return eligibility and all implied warranties.

Keep away from open fire, high heat, sharp objects and prolonged direct sunlight.

These products are designed exclusively for gentle squeezing as stress‑relief fidget toys. They are not medical devices and deliver no therapeutic or clinical benefits.

Care Instructions

Gently clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine‑wash or submerge in water for extended periods.

For naturally soft, tacky surfaces, keep hands clean while playing to minimize lint and dust accumulation.

Light wear from regular squeezing is expected and is not treated as a production defect.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing and delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

We bear no responsibility for delays caused by carrier performance, customs clearance, adverse weather or other events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and ownership of goods transfer to you once parcels are handed over to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for packages lost, stolen or damaged after carrier hand‑off.

You shall provide complete, accurate delivery address information. We will not be held accountable for mis‑delivered orders stemming from incorrect addresses provided by you.

6. Returns & Refunds
